anyone who wants to be part of the team, reply to this thread saying
they want to be part of the team.

imho though, people on the team should accept a responsibility to
actively participate in any action or discussion held by the web team

to be first, I put up my name to be added to the team.
and I accept that responsibility to actively participate in the team.
