While I agree that there needs to be a solid concensus about the "point"
and areas each forum covers, I also believe that there has been far too
much unnecessary complication about what should be a very, very simple

We really need to start deprecating Beryl questions: it's long dead
and the code is extremely outdated compared to Compiz 0.6.x. Users
who aren't using it already simply should be upgrading, no ifs, ands,
nor buts.

It doesn't so much need documenting on the forum as documenting *period*.
