I won't pretend to have any authority over either of you, but how
about you two (Rico and Will) sort out your personal problems with
each other in private and repeat any constructive criticism in the ML,
rather than carrying out both in a public domain.

both of you are complaining about the other being angry and offensive,
whilst being it yourselves
(regardless of anything, the ML is not for personal hatred, regardless
being the keyword)
