So now I'm accountable for the near-complete silence across the board on
the Web List about everything? I guess you're right - it must be within
my responsibility to hold a gun to everyone's head and force them to
post on the mailing list about everything from how their dog's doing to
what they ate for lunch yesterday.

I can't be held responsible for the fact that the designer flaked out on
both me and the project. To claim so is beyond short-sighted and I won't
stand to be held liable for the faults of another.

Your bashing is not only completely in defiance of the Code of Conduct,
but is disrespectful and arrogant at best. To be entirely honest, were
it not for the Code of Conduct, my reply would have been leagues less
agreeable than it was.
As for showing "you were right" - I don't know by what stretch of the
imagination you arrived at that conclusion. I have been nothing but
honest about these things, so to claim that me restating what I've
already stated in the past is somehow a victory for you does nothing
short of confuse.

I never claimed to be proficient enough in visual design to create a
theme - but then again, you have no hesitation about placing the sole
blame of the faults of another on me. Whatever floats your boat Rico - I
didn't abandon the project or this theme venture. I've got nobody to
answer to about such things.

And yet again you completely ignore the fact that there is nothing I can
do about the designer essentially dropping off the face of the Earth.
Tell me Rico, since gorillas are now declared to be "critically
endangered", is that my fault too? How about global warming - is that
something I should be "fired" for?
Your reasoning is flawed and ridiculous in every manner and serves no
purpose other than to try and vilify me - as opposed to actually
accomplishing something.

That's pretty ironic coming from the person who _started_ this shit-fest
to begin with. Don't try and play the "high road" card when you're the
one who started the mess.
