I don't necessarily agree that we absolutely should not use a tango
pallete for the web layout, __just__ because the web is not the
desktop. The tango desktop project was designed in mind to use colors
that Just Work(TM). I have seen a number of pages that use a tango
pallete and they work good. (Ubuntu.com, OpenSUSE.org, ReactOS.org ..
etc)
