[FusionWeb] Theme, continued

Hi everybody!

I have yet again added some more things to the layout (nothing big):

Changes:
- gradients on tabs and buttons are 20% darker
- forum posts are now better structured and embraced by a dashed line
- frontpage got more content like the welcome message and the
blog-entries (please ignore my potential release announcement :))
- sidebar on frontpage shows experimental "click-and-find"-block

The changes to the frontpage's sidebar are only an idea, obviously it
would still need various new icons if we would do it like that (post
icons are also ugly on frontpage). I think it would give a new visitor
an excellent step-by-step guide on anything he likely may intend to do,
so it may be a good thing to have ... 

Remaining things:
- missing/ugly icons everywhere (we shouldn't use tango icos for
everything)
- somehow incorporate the logo into the layout
- wiki-layout (just some general guidelines for editors)
- layout of forums/subforums overview and topics overview (should be
very clean and simple, maybe tree-like, moderator info must be decreased
in height)
- very important: generally reduce overall height of forum-frontpage

So shortly said, if we have clarified the remaining points we can
finally move on to "stage 2" and get our hands dirty with the
skins/themes. The WP-theme and the wiki-skin should be fairly quick
jobs, the VB-theme may get ugly though. I again have to ask for some
help here, even though this question has been constantly ignored
before :)
