with white text, that's much better....
the gradient isn't so overpowering that way.....

anyway, as I sort of mentioned in the other thread, just to add to the
current design, make the line between the two gradients curved)
something like the attached image

(note again that is a quick job, in my head the gradient itself is
also slightly curved and blends much better, but I have no idea how to
do that with the program I'm using)
