[Web] Theme proposal/idea/mockup

Hi everybody!

I have spent the last few hours in inkscape and have created a first
theme-idea. It is only a first draft yet and I am open for any
suggestions. 

A few notes: there are no icons, there are no descriptions, the
"Home"-tab is active but the forums are shown and thee font on the tabs
is ugly

The logo is only a simple placeholder - should somehow symbolize the
fusion of the small core and the large community ...
