[FusionWeb] plugin & core options documentation generator

Hi,

I wrote an html documentation generator for plugin & core options. You
can find it (optionDocGen.xslt) here:

Usage:
xsltproc -o animationDoc.html optionDocGen.xslt /usr/share/compiz/animation.xml

It's a simple first draft. Feel free to improve it, to use it to
produce documentation for the web site, to make it produce docs for a
specific language, or to convert it to a wiki page producer.

And it would be really nice to make this run automatically to update
the documentations on the web with some git hook scripts (or
periodically). In fact I think we should definitely have this
functionality for the web site.
