While RYX is working on the vB theme, it will be private access on the
admin side (mostly because admin-only, or open are the only two options)
because the last thing he needs are some of the more vocal members
spamming this list or him personally about theme issues that would
inevitably be related to the fact that he'd be actively working on it,
as opposed to actual flaws with the design.

Once RYX feels comfortable enough with his theme, he can then open it as
a public trial (ie. as available to users, but not the default theme)
and collect feedback. Finally, when he feels satisfied enough, it can be
set to the only theme visible to users.
