During a mass rebuild of all fedora packages with gcc43 it some compiz-fusion
packages failed to build. Later it turned out that this happens because
configure defines VERSION twice which is no longer valid. I will attach for
patches against git-head to fix:

plugins-main
plugins-extra
libcompizconfig
compizconfig-backend-gconf

Others might be affected too but thats the packages that are currently in
fedora (and failed).
