In CCSM when I go into the Rotate Cube plugin and adjust certain shortcuts,
nothing happens.  Moreover, when I exit CCSM and restart it, it does not show
the changes I made.

Specifically, I am enabling all screen edges plus an edge button for Rotate
Right and Rotate Left.
