Using KDE desktop environment, I have a panel on the top of the screen, and I
set other windows to be able to cover it, and when mouse taps top of the
screen, panel is shown. But when I set the window decorator to compiz, this
feature does not work and I can not show the panel, unless I disable the hiding
feature.

Is it a bug? Or just a setting which I couldn't find ?
