Mouse pointer warps imo are evil and should never be done (server grabs should
be avoided like a plauge), however, the pointer warp to the window edge that
will be moved on next key stroke should at least be "unwarped" back to the
pointers original starting location once the resize is complete.

A better implementation is to not move the pointer at all, highlight the window
edge (or simply draw some wavy animation over the edge) that has been selected
for the duration of the resize.
