Short:
Not-minimized wine window on non-visible viewport disappears when trying to do
"some action"

Long:
When using wine (using version 0.9.46) and some windows programs, we can see
this.
For example, Im messenger (using build 8030) QiP 
http://qipim.com/en/pages/download_qip_en/

When running program and receiving a message all seems to be right.
Trying to switch to another viewport, return to viewport with window - al is
ok.
Trying to switch to another viewport, wait _receiving a message_, return back -
the window disappeared. The one way to see it again is to restart QiP.

   1. This bug is not present in metacity with virtual desktops.
   2. This bug is present with another windows program. This is tool for
editing scanned books.

In that program process window "flashes" when process go from one file to
another. 
(Open some large set of images and click "Draft Kromsate" button on toolbar.
Then the process begins)
   3. (IMPORTANT) With QiP the bug is not present when window is minimized.

The window seems to exist but remains non-visible...

The bug is very important as _for me_ 'cause QiP is very 

System: 2.6.22-14-generic #1 SMP Sun Oct 14 21:45:15 GMT 2007 x86_64 GNU/Linux
