[FusionDev] Compiz Fusion Awards

Hi

Here is a summary of the awards discussion we had on IRC

1. Have a monthly Compiz Fusion Award for recognizing contribution
made to the community either in terms of code, bug hunting/patches,
IRC/forum support, translation etc.
2. Have a jury of 5 members, out of which 4 would be rotated monthly
from the Compiz Fusion community and one would be invited from other
OSS projects.

Thoughts on how we can handle it:

1. Identify nominees by second week of the month.
2. Identify catagory the monthly award would be given by third week
and invite guest juror.
3. Last week of the month - announce the award.

Monthly interval is good to keep the momentum of the project going and
also help focus on more people who make variety of contributions to
our community.
