Ok, maximumize does this now, with the exception of overlapping windows. 

I'll see if I can't do that too, the challenge is that all of this is a little
too precise. Generally speaking you want this to work even if your window is
slightly overlapping something else (ie: you want it to stop overlapping that
and fill the available space.) I'll think about this and see if I can't come up
with something clever, like weighted decisions.
