Using Compiz Fusion 0.6.99 on Fedora 8.

If you click on "Write" in Thunderbird, and then change desktop, Thunderbird is
gone.

It can be seen in the Shift switch plugin, but when selected is it invisable.

If the Write (mail composing window) is selected, it shows Firefox.
