a black background appears around - and underneath:
* drop-down menus
* kde menus
fade-out it's particularly special because then the black becomes
really obvious.
the xine thingy is about the only one that the black border _doesn't_ occur
around.
p.s. absolutely wicked desktop decorator, btw.
