What if I don't like Wobbly but still want this effect? :)

Besides, I don't think the reporter was asking about making entire menus
wobbly. I think it was more about making the highlight over individual menu
items bounce a tiny bit as it rolls from one item in the menu to another item
in the same menu, which does sound appealing. ^_^ It'd make the menu feel more
substantial than a flat sheet.
