Please, please can you change the 'annotate' plugin so that you draw on windows
rather than on viewports? This would make it MUCH more useful. This plugin
could have real use as a way to mark up the screen when you're talking with
coworkers and such, but right now it's more or less a useless toy. A little bit
of work could make this much better!
