I've been reading it, and while it is fairly complete, I think we
should put some extra emphasis on buddying so it doesn't get lost half
way down the list. I'm sure I'm not the only one who've seen users who
don't read past the first paragraph of a howto like that.

I asked him (cc'ed the list). Otherwise I'm fine with you maintaining
it too of course.

Ah, yes. It shouldn't be in the bug tracker at all then. Didn't
realize it was unsupported when I pasted the list.
I say the list is complete enough to be set up as it is. We can always
adjust the maintainers later, and we are getting a lot of bugs bundled
together at the moment.
I wouldn't mind tweaking bugzilla if I had the permission to do so, I
did spend a lot of time going over trac, so it would be fairly
natural. The current setup seems to have been pulled together in a bit
of a hurry.
