[FusionDev] Crashhandler DE integration

Hmm. This is a good idea, but we need to solve two problems before it will
really shine.
1) We need something to detect stale screengrabs and relaunch compiz with
crashhandler if that happens.
2) Also, sometimes compiz can lock the entire X server. We need to find a
way around that.
Other than that I'm all for this.

* Hard-coding is probably a better idea. Also, in CCSM, we need to add some
text saying that 'intergrated' options are in blue :P
