[FusionDev] Crashhandler DE integration

Hi,

with a first release coming up we might want to prepare for various
bug reports after the release. Therefore it's maybe a good idea to
make it easier for the users to get good crash logs and send them to
us.

Integrating already existing tools for that would be probably the best
solution, but the crash handler used depends on the DE. KDE uses
"drkonqui" (don't know what's it in 4.0) and Gnome uses bug-buddy.

Adding specific support for these isn't the real problem, its more
about doing it The Right Way. So that are the options I see so far:

* Adding two options to crashhandler "Use External Crash Handler" and
"External Crash Handler Command Line", marking them as integrated
options and let the CompizConfig backend fill in the correct values.

* Hard coding this options in crashhandler and simply adding a(n
integrated) choice setting.

I hope I can get some feedback about this from you.
