[FusionDev] Problem with latest compiz-git & compiz-fusion git pkgs

This is due to two things:
A) Compiz requiring libXCB
B) Pretty much broken libXCB in every other distro except SUSE and any
others where libxcb is properly installed.
Sorry, but you will have to either switch distros, or use the Compiz
0.6branch, OR use the compiz release
0.5.2.
