[FusionComm] Splash Screens for CCSM

my 2c,if compiz is going to be as integrated as metacity or the kde
WM, a user shouldn't even know its there, now whats point of a
splashscreen.
most users don't like branding just look how messed up windows is
Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live <product>, Adobe <product>, etc etc, its
a mess because every piece of software wants to stamp its brand on
your "personal computer"
the splash screen is tacky from this perspective.
