[FusionComm] Splash Screens for CCSM

Of course the artwork should be used. Maybe in an about dialog?
For sure we should not add another splash screen for the sake of
showing a fancy image.

I use my computer various stuff, and I never felt I missed a splash
when an application starts in a matter of seconds (ccsm starts in
under 3 secs)

Splash screens should _only_ be used when some heavy program is
loading. And no one wants a heavy and bloated window manager...
