[FusionComm] Window shading

Hi all,

Let me first state that I wholeheartedly support the remerge of compiz 
and beryl. Duplicated efforts are a waste of time, and a united front is 
the best for the community as a whole.

However, I miss the ability from Beryl to shade/unshade a window with 
the mouse scroll wheel, and wonder what it would take to reintroduce 
this feature. In case it's already handled by a plugin, I would like to 
know which one, as it doesn't seem to be enabled by default in Ubuntu 7.10.
