[FusionComm] status of the new website and forums ??

Being worked on.

Since RYX apparently quit, I've gotten into contact with a few web
developers I know and have finally secured someone to do a theme.
Currently, he's working on something. He's shown me a couple rough
skeletons just to get feedback (the general idea thus far has been quite
similar in many aspects to RYX's concept), and sometime later this week
he should have something properly setup (with Tango colors, rounded
corners and tabs, Tango icons, etc.) that can be submitted to the ML for
more feedback.

Once that's done, it shouldn't (hopefully) take more than a week to turn
out the new site. Emphasis on *hopefully*.
