Ubuntu Restricted Drivers will work in live mode ;-)
And installing stuff on the liveCD is pretty easy, unless its drivers, which
can be tricky - BUT there is a way ;-)
Alternitavly, in OpenSUSE 10.3 Alpha I believe (Sorry for the plug) and
Fedora 7, there is a tool to make your own liveCD image from your current
system. OpenSUSE's is better IMO as it takes a snapshot of your system. The
tool can be launched with 'kiwi'
