Really? Off-topic discussion happens most of the time in #compiz-fusion, 
but we _do_ have the courtesy to yield to people with relevant questions. :)

And we do lightweight development chatter, too, in between fielding 
support requests and talking about 
tea/cats/philosophy/architecture/epiphanies/other.
