I ask this question because I don't see any single person who has shown a
fair consideration of all options presented and then had the authority to
make some decisions and hand out responsibilites to get that done.

I'm not sure about the programming side of things, and I'm assume the above
statement is wrong about that aspect.

But when it comes to the forum, wiki and user interaction, everything
*seems* a mess from my viewpoint.

And I wonder, who exactly has authority over decisions and what they are
doing to carry out that role ??
