[FusionComm] project Leaders?

While I think that having someone to act as a lightening rod for each area
within CF is important, I hope you have thought through opening this can of
worms. I believe the reason that this topic has been left alone is the
friction is will cause. People have done a great job over the last few
months at moving away from past problems and working together. I am a little
scared that opening this topic could be akin to opening Pandoras box.

Although if we could pull it off it would streamline alot of stuff within
the project.
