OK. Voting is over and the results are quite interesting. First off, a 
majority preferred option 3 which allows the community to make the final 
selection. Given the high quality of the finalists I think this is a safe 
choice.

The results of the 2nd round have the 3 top designs all from the same artist. 
I agree that these are all very nice, however I'm a  bit concerned about 
giving the community a vote but only giving them one artist to choose from. 
Given the extremely low number of votes cast in the 2nd round, I would feel 
better including one design from each of other top 2 artists for a total of 5 
choices. What do you guys think?
