[FusionAdmin] Artwork Selection

Hello Again,

The 2 weeks to submit artwork/logos for Compiz Fusion is over. I believe that 
Marex and iXce are working now to put the serious entries into a gallery. We 
ought to decide the selection process now to avoid a repeat of the mistakes 
we made selecting a name.

I have a few different ideas on ways we might make a selection:

1 - Have a series of polls on the forum similar to the way we selected the 
Compiz logo. Perhaps using 3 day polls dropping 1/2 the entries after each 
poll until one gets a majority.

2 - Use a variation of the obby name selection process where the members of 
this list vote for 10 entries and against 10 entries eliminating those that 
have no "yes" votes or more "no" votes. Repeat until we have a majority 
decision.

3 - Combine these 2 methods with the admin members using obby to eliminate 
most of the entries and then having the last 5-10 voted on by the community 
using forum polls.

Thoughts?
